Seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur, to expedite the trial in CC.No.578 of 2004, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is seen that the trial in CC.No.578 of 2004 is pending since 2004.
4.Under such circumstances, a direction is issued to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
