2. It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that, petitioner is a senior citizen and therefore, he filed this petition for speedy disposal of these cases within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
3. There is no details made available to this Court, as to the pendency of the cases, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar. These cases are recent cases instituted only in the year 2022. Therefore, this Court cannot fix a time limit for disposal of the case. However, considering the claim of the petitioner that, petitioner is a senior citizen, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar to dispose these cases as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed.
