Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.1814/A2/2013 dated 13.11.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner into service with all consequential and other attendant benefits and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging an order of suspension dated 13.11.2013. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that pending writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into the service with effect from 31.12.2013 and even the disciplinary proceedings were concluded by order dated 29.04.2013 imposing a punishment of increment cut for a period of two 2/4

years without cumulative effect. As such, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 27.02.2024 Index : No Speaking Order : No kmi To
