by the 2nd respondent in RBI/2012-13/39;

DBOD No.BP.BC.9/21.04.048/ 2012-13 dated 2.7.2012 as ultra vires to the constitution of India and consequently forebear the 3rd respondent from taking any further action pursuant to the Notice issued dated 18.07.2014.
