W.M.P.No.10339 of 2023 in W.P.No.3839 of 2013 W.M.P.No.10339 of 2023 in W.P.No.3839 of 2013 J.NISHA BANU, J., This writ miscellaneous petition is filed, seeking to modify the order dated 16.11.2022 made in W.P.No.3839 of 2013, by directing the first respondent Government to reimburse the medical claim within a period of four weeks as stipulated in the order.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Johnson, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that he wanted to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
