This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR as per CSR No.409 of 2016 dated 06.01.2016 and further direct the respondent to enquire the case in accordance with law.

2. No appearance for the petitioner, may be due to boycott of Courts. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.3/2016 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
