ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to survey the petitioner's property and fix the boundaries and consequently direct the first respondent to provide police protection to survey petitioner's property measuring 19 cents situated at S.No.769/1, Thirumullaivoyul Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District by consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 06.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the second respondent herein. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 06.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
