ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 1.4.2016 in W.P.No.12328 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to pass orders on the appeal petition of the petitioner dated 18.5.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that on the appeal petition filed by the petitioner dated 18.5.2015, an order was passed by the respondent on 23.7.2016 and a copy of the same was also served on the petitioner.
3.
