(CR.NO. 307/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl OP.No.424 of 2022 order dated 10.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.424 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court under EC and NDPS Cases, Salem once in a month instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday is modified to the effect that she should report before the learned Special Court under EC and NDPS Cases, Salem on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 30/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
