This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.C.Balaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been forced to give complaint as against the employer of the petitioner and thereafter treated him as an accused. Hence, he filed the present petition seeking appropriate direction.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is an accused in another crime number, and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
