ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of O.A.No.310/81/2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 6. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, we request the first respondent Tribunal to take up O.A.No.310/81/2020 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
