3. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the proposed third respondent and he has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main petition.
