This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 29.10.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.22784 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sides and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 29.10.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22784 of 2015 has been complied with and the lorry has been returned to the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, on 08.08.2016.
