This Criminal Revision is filed against the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Allikulam, Chennai, dated 18.02.2021 in M.P.No.13146 of 2020 in C.C.No.3941 of 2015, in and by which the prayer of the complainant who was originally been represented by his Power of Attorney Agent Mr.Dilipkumar was changed and to be substituted by his new Power of Attorney Agent namely, Mr.K.P.Arvindakshan.

2. It is for the complainant to appoint such Power of Attorney Agent to represent him in the event of him being unable to attend all hearings and absolutely no prejudice, whatsoever, is to be caused to the petitioner/accused.

3. The perusal of the grounds of revision does not disclose any ground to interfere with the order of the learned Magistrate. Therefore, finding no merits, this Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.8461 of 2021 is also closed.
