1. This is an application seeking extension of time, to amend the memo of parties, as directed by this Court, vide order dated 10.08.2016.

3. Let the needful be done within two weeks from today.

4. It appears that the Registry has obtained oral communication from the learned Arbitrator that the original records were handed over to the respondent/original claimant.

5. Counsel for the respondent / original claimant will ensure that the original records are filed in Court, prior to the next date of hearing.
