Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his compassionate appointment as any suitable post by considering his application dated 11.09.2011 in light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.13613 of 2011 dated 30.09.2011, which was upheld by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012 dated 16.04.2012 and order passed by the Supreme Court dated 12.04.2013 in SLP (Civil) No.7619 of 2013 by dismissing the appeal filed by the respondents and pass appropriate orders within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his application dated 11.9.2011 for compassionate appointment to any suitable post, in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.13613 of 2011 dated 30.09.2011, which was upheld by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012 dated 16.04.2012 and the order passed by the Supreme Court dated 12.04.2013 in SLP (Civil) No.7619 of 2013 by dismissing the appeal filed by the respondents and pass appropriate orders within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Since the petitioner's mother Mrs.Dhanalakshmi, who was serving as Plot Watcher on daily wage basis in the forest department from January, 1984, died on 3.9.2010, the petitioner has filed an application within three years time on 11.9.2011 seeking compassionate appointment. Hence, this Court, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the petitioner to furnish a copy of the said application dated 11.9.2011 along with all the requisite documents together with a copy of this order to the respondents within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner, in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.13613 of 2011 dated 30.9.2011, which was upheld by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.

524 of 2012 dated 16.4.2012 and the order passed by the Supreme Court dated 12.4.2013 in SLP (Civil) No.7619 of 2013, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks therefrom. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
