ORDER
This Court by order dated 09.03.2016 allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.26615 of 2015 forbearing the respondents from implementing the revised fee structure and stipend guidelines prescribed by the National Board of Examinations and adopted by the Railway Board as contained in the Letter of the Deputy Director (Health), Railway Board, dated 31.10.2014 and the consequent circular issued by the Additional Chief Health Director & DNB Coordinator, Southern Railway Head Quarters Hospital, dated 27.11.2014. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 09.03.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order dated 09.03.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
