Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this Civil revision petition.
2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of six months and considering the prevailing pandamic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
