O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the F.C.O.P.No.608 of 2020 from one Family Court, Chennai to another Family Court, Chennai.

2. Under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the petitioner ought to have approached the Principal District Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at this juncture, through video-conferencing made a submission that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file the same before the appropriate Court.

4. In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed with a liberty to approach the appropriate Court for redressal of his grievance. No costs.
