ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in Crime No.660 of 2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 269 and 270 of I.P.C. and quash the same.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Crime is of the year 2020. After completing the investigation, the further action is dropped by the respondent in Crime No.660 of 2020 and a closure report to that effect is

also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tiruppur. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
