ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged contempt of court committed by the respondents by willfully violating the decree and judgement dated 16.11.2015 in O.S.No.396 of 2013 passed by the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner argued the matter at length. When it was expressed by this court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that there is no case for the petitioner, the learned

counsel offered to withdraw the contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
