Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned charge memo issued by him in Ref.Ser.2(1)/ 57437/2011 dated 13.04.2013 and quash the same. O R D E R

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the present writ petition has been filed, challenging the charge memo dated 13.04.2013. During the pendency of the writ petition, the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner had been concluded and final order was also passed by the authorities imposing punishment and subsequently, he retired from service. Challenging the order of punishment, the writ petitioner has also filed separate writ petition.

2. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the ground raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
