Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal bearing No.A4/3156/2020 dated 20.10.2020 in respect o the petitioner's property admeasuring 127 sq.mtrs comprised in Survey No.182/17 Vadakampoondi Village, Kilakkalpoondi Post, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

ORDER
The petitioner has approached the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by him on 20.10.2020, challenging the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/1209/2020 dated 06.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, and makes a statement on instruction that an enquiry for the said purpose has been fixed at 3.00 p.m., on 24.05.2021 in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tittakudi Taluk / second respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tittakudi Taluk is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the appeal dated 20.10.2020 preferred by the petitioner, through a speaking order within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from 24.05.2021.
