Contempt Petition is filed under 2(B), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court as defined under Section 2(b) of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for their wilful disobedience of the common order dated 10.12.2021 made in suo motu Crl. Contempt petition No.613 of 2019 by the Court,when they fail to pay Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten lakhs) to the petitioner Dr.G.Vijayakumar alias G.V.Kumar.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the order of this Court dated 10.12.2021 has been complied with on 13.05.2022.
