Crl.O.P.No.13361/2016 filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to issue direction to the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her aged mother against the complaint dated 16.06.2016.

ORDER
These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case against the culprits namely, Shanthi and 4 others on the complaint dated 16.06.2016 according to law and not to harass the petitioner and her aged mother against the complaint dated 16.06.2016. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.100 of 2016 is pending. Similarly, on the complaint given by one Shanthi against this petitioner, enquiry in CSR No.101 of 2016 is pending.

Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petitions may be closed under intimation to the petitioner and the opposite party.
These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above direction.
