Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.2414/2013/Vae.Sae.Sa, dated 12.11.2013 and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings NO. Nil, dated 22.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits.
