This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 09.04.2015 and conduct the investigation within a stipulated time, pending on the file of the Central Crime Branch CCB, EDF Wing II, Office of the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 09.04.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 30.06.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the petitioner.
