ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who was arrested for the alleged offence under sections 147, 248, 341, 302, 506 (ii) I.P.C. seeks bail. 2.The petitioner herein has moved this Court for the second time seeking bail in a case of murder. Earlier, this Court, while considering the case and the stage of investigation, dismissed the petition for bail. Now, this Court finds no change in the circumstances. Since it is a case of retaliation murder by the rowdy elements and if the petitioner is released on bail, the associates of the deceased may attempt the life of this petitioner. Hence, this petition for bail is dismissed.
