Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from entertaining registration of any document presented by any third party excepting the petitioners herein for registration in respect of the petitioners' property

viz. all that land measuring Ac.01-50 cents comprised in survey No.84/1A, Neelangarai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District covered by petitioners' patta No.5510. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from entertaining registration of any document presented by any third party excepting the petitioners herein for registration in respect of the petitioners' property viz. all that land measuring Ac.01-50 cents comprised in survey No.84/1A, Neelangarai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District covered by petitioners' patta No.5510.

2. Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is not maintainable, the petitioners are at liberty to submit their objections, if any, in respect of the property measuring Ac.0150 cents comprised in survey No.84/1A, Neelangarai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District covered by petitioners' patta No.5510, while presenting any deed of conveyance by third parties. On receipt of the same, the Sub Registrar concerned i.e. the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioners as well as the persons who presented the documents for registration and conduct enquiry and pass orders either to register the document or to reject the same.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
