The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 26.04.2016.

2. The petitioner states that he joined B.E Course in Mahendra Institute of Technology, Salem in the year 2008. For which, he had received a sum of Rs.60,000/- as Educational Loan from the respondent Bank. He discontinued his Engineering Course and thereafter joined B.A.B.L., Degree Course in Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai. After completing B.L Course, the petitioner joined LL.M. Degree Course in 2015 in the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Government Law University, School of Excellence in Law. The petitioner approached the respondent Bank for issuance of Educational loan and it was not considered. Thus, the petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition. Even as per the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner joined LL.M. Degree Course in the year 2015 and filed the Writ Petition in the year 2016 and the duration of the course itself had been completed and after this length of time, question of considering the representation does https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not arise at all.
