[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue viz. Kayathri, aged about 18 years, was secured on 26.05.2020 and was handed over to the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she also made an endorsement to that effect.
