(R3 impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 18.07.2014 in M.P.No.1 of 2013) PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in respect of impugned letter Na.No.4345/I-1/2012 dated 27.01.2012, issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.01.2012, preferred by the petitioner herein.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter Na.No.4345/I-1/2012 dated 27.01.2012 issued by the 1st respondent and to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.01.2012, preferred by the petitioner herein.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the appeal filed by the petitioner before the first respondent came to be allowed by order dated 30.11.2012 in No.9200/I1/2012. According to him, since the appeal has been allowed, the petitioner society has now been restored and has been made an active society.
3. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the freezing of the bank account of the petitioner society by the first respondent pending appeal. Since the appeal has been allowed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the freezing of the bank account of the petitioner society should also go.
4. This Court is in agreement with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly the impugned letter Na.No.4345/I-1/2012 dated 27.01.2012, issued by the 1st respondent is quashed in view of the order dated 30.11.2012 passed in No.9200/I1/2012 in the appeal filed by the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
