ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents to register an FIR in view of the order dated 10.03.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-Thiruthooraipoondi in CMP No. 1510 of 2020.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in pursuance to the order passed in CMP No.1510 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-Thiruthooraipoondi, FIR has been registered in Crime No.233 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 342 and 506(2) of IPC.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and in view of the registration of FIR, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
