Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in Proceedings No.TN/INS-VI/51-00-087317-0000911 dated 18.01.2019 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to exercise its powers under Section 45-G of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 and recover the ESI dues of the petitioner from the respondents 2 & 3.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up hearing today, learned counsel for the writ petitioner contended that the petitioner is ready to pay Employees State Insurance Contribution as directed by the first respondent in three equal monthly installments.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the writ petitioner to pay the entire amount awarded by the first respondent in three equal monthly installments commencing from
