Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4304/2021 dated 09/04/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16623/2020 dated 03/11/2020 by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a Month for Interrogation on receipt of summons and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.WELLINGTON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3.Considering the fact that charge sheet has also been filed and the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.4304 of 2021, the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month for interrogation on receipt of summons, stands relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
