Crl.O.P.No.5493 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.5493 of 2023 A.D. JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that the petitioner after obtaining interim protection from this Court, has not appeared before this Court. He would further submit that even on an earlier occasion on 31.03.2023, neither the petitioner nor the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court and thereby, this Court had directed the matter to be listed on 06.04.2023 under the caption "for dismissal" and on 20.04.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner had appeared and submitted that settlement talks are going on and even thereafter, the petitioner had not approached the defacto complainant for settlement. He would also submitted that by virtue of the interim protection, the petitioner is delaying the matter. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
