ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to quash the records of the promotion proceeding in Government Letter No.6964/admin 2/2008-2 dated 10.04.2008 on the file of the third respondent Director, Information and Public Relation Department promoting fifth respondent as lecturer in television production section of the fourth respondent institute and quash the same and consequently keep the post vacant for the petitioner till the disposal of the earlier W.P.No.17904 of 2010. 2.
In view of the disposal of W.P.No.17904 of 2010 today i.e. 28.11.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to Page No.2 of 4
withdraw this writ petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court at a later point of time.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
