ORDER

When the matter was listed on 20.6.2019, since it was represented that the counsel on record has given no objection for change of vakalat through the letter dated 19.6.2019, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter after two weeks. Although the name of the petitioner is shown in the cause list, even today, neither the petitioner nor the counsel appeared. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pursue the contempt proceedings any further.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed. Consequently, Sub Application No.437 of 2018 is also dismissed.
