This application has been filed to extend the time to execute the Security Bond in the above O.P.No.114 of 2023 vide order dated 14.09.2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the Application in A.No.1349 of 2025 in O.P.No.114 of 2023 stands ordered and four weeks time is granted to execute the security bond from today.
