JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Vide order dated 22.04.2019, the State Level Scrutiny Committee which had been impleaded as party respondent, had been directed to file a status report indicating the current position of scrutiny. 2.

Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Additional Advocate General, files a proceeding of the Scrutiny Committee dated 13.08.2021 to the effect that the first respondent does not belong to Kattunaicken Scheduled Tribe. He also states that a copy of the proceedings have been served on the writ petitioner, who is unrepresented today, despite the name being printed in the cause-list.

In light of the same, there is a necessity to intervene in the order of the learned Judge who had granted relief. 4.
