JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in letter No.9970/FCA1/2013 dated 14.11.2013 and to transfer the petitioner from the fourth respondent college to the third respondent college to complete the III Semester of Civil Engineering course.

2. No interim order has been filed in this writ petition. Now there was a lapse of 8 years. Based on the Government Order, the request of the petitioner was rejected. At this stage, no further order is required to be passed by this court in this writ petition.
