ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 23.03.2015 investigate the same and take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint has been sent by post and there is no proof that police have received the same.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing before the respondent police and on such receipt, the respondent police shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
