Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13653 of 2022, vide order dated 14.06.2022.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
