Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of increasing the guideline value for the lands situated in survey No.119/1F2, 119/1D and 119/1B situated within the Kallakurichi Joint-II, Sub-Registrar Office, Kallakurichi Village, Villupuram District, Zone Cuddalore from 01.04.2012 and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary, against the law, against the principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to reduce the
guideline value from Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to Rs.480/- (Rupees Four Hundred Eighty only) per Sq.ft. And to reclassifying the lands from Commercial Class I Type-II to Residential Special Type-I.
