This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection based on the complaint dated 27.10.2018 in C.S.R. No.723 of 2018 dated 29.10.2018.

2.It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the parties. If on enquiry, the respondent police finds that the nature of the dispute is civil in nature, the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court. Further, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
