ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of the court dated 30.11.2021 in WP No.25301 of 2021.
2. A compliance report has been submitted to indicate that pursuant to the direction of the court, notice has been issued on the encroachers and even to the petitioner, providing them with an opportunity of hearing. Thus, the order of this court has been complied with.
3. We find that compliance of the order has been made after the expiry of the period given by the court. However, an unconditional apology has been tendered by the contemnor and the same is accepted. Accordingly, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed. Closure of the contempt petition would not mean that the respondent would not further proceed in the matter.
