This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.83 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.83 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
