ORDER

This writ petition was filed to direct the respondents to release the terminal benefits of the petitioner from the date of his compulsory retirement order dated 16.02.2012 including pension, gratuity, leave encashment of 240 days pay, medical aid, family health insurance etc. along with interest to the delayed period of payment, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that on account of the development occurred during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the writ petition any further. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the pension as applicable to the petitioner has already been settled and the gratuity amount has been forfeited by following the procedures as contemplated. 2/4

However, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievances if any exists in the manner known to law.
