CRIME NO.79/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition in para 5(c) imposed that the petition u/s 482 crpc in Crl.OP.No.3590/2021 against the petitioner in Cr.No.79/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P., on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3590 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468 and 109 IPC, in Crime No.79 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
