C.M.P.Nos.5432, 5434 and 5435 of 2024 have been filed, to condone the delay of 2131 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of deceased respondent and rank them as respondents 1 to 3 in the above second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
